so I just Submitted 'Áedán Bruce' up on DA. to those of you who've seen earlier stuff (some I remain proud enough of) you may recognise him as Stuart Jenkins, which was his name until a couple nights ago. That's also my name. In fact he was me for a long time which I feel had locked him into the lair of fan characters and avatars, and I don't want that. So I decided to cut that out, I don't want an avatar that's so blatant, particularly one that is at the helm in that particular story.

Of course, little bits of myself will always seep out into characters, but only little bits. You should write what you know afterall, but only if your gonna write what you don't as well.

'Destination Infinity: Fire, Water and Firewater' is currently in development as a animation short for a university project, the deadlines next spring though so there's not going to be a release of that in a good time but this may serve as a warning that my gallery will become increasingly related to cowgirls, robots and alcohol. just like real life.

I picked up Fable 2 and Dead Space for the X360 this past week, both excellent purchases. Predictably Fable 2 suffers from the Molyneux syndrome, which isn't a problem if you're cynical and/or capable of filtering bullshit. The final experience, though it differs in many ways to what I expected, is an enjoyable (if short) adventure game.

Dead Space on the other hand... was a surprise. Purchased on the whim that it may possibly me Resident Evil 4 + Metroid, a nice mix that I thought I'd see from a mile off, it turned out that it was... The Action survival horror of RE4 beautifully mixed with Metroid dark, lonely, information filled world. A Sequel is practically confirmed too
